Interesting art that makes us question and challenge our understanding of the world and our place in it isn’t the sole preserve of artists working in the commercial gallery system. To show you just what we mean, we’re delighted to present four diverse exhibitions in a range of venues across the village.

- As part of the Saltaire Arts Trail, the Kath Libbert Jewellery Gallery will be exhibiting Follow On, looking at the progression of six talented jewellers and metal smiths, seven years after their previous group exhibition, Follow Me.

- Artist filmmaker Storm de Hirsch was active in the New York avant-garde scene in the ‘60s and early ‘70s, but has largely been omitted from the well-worn ‘canon’ of experimental film.
