| Sculpture and Workshops
The Arts Trail has been working closely with Kirkgate Studios and Workshops to develop some inventive and inspiring events for the Mini Trail. As you walk around the village, keep an eye out for the sculpture and children's arts workshops located on the Trail. Justart The Justart project is a weekly creative arts class run by Kirkgate Studios at Salt Grammar School. It works with young people aged 13 - 18 who are at risk of being excluded from school and challenges them creatively teaching them key skills in activities that include graphic design, pottery and woodwork. The Arts Trail asked participants from Justart to create an imaginative sculpture to be exhibited in the village for the Mini Trail. |
