My name is Leigh Shepherd. I am a designer and maker based in Haworth, West Yorkshire.

I produce a handmade range of pendants from vintage Scrabble® and Mah Jong pieces, each presented in either a matching tin or glass pot. I take my Inspiration from traditional Japanese designs. Each pendant is collaged with silkscreened paper, inks and glazed with non toxic resin.

I have a great interest in vintage ephemera, and have brought this together with my own painting and drawings in my Art-ccordion Picture Books.

All of these will be available at the Makers' Fair.

I also create small Tile Paintings featuring vintage finds and storybook imagery,hand glazed with a rich glossy resin.

'Vintage Trinket and Treasure Boxes' are my latest work. Each is a unique collage created with my original artwork and vintage letters, sheet music, photos, keys and anything else that takes my fancy! These are presented in a hand painted box frame.
