I have always had an affection for handmade products, appreciating the thought, care and nurturing that has gone into creating something born from a tiny doodle.
I make use of fabric remnants and old haberdashery be it an old button from a favourite coat or a square of fabric from an old dress.

Many of my design ideas evolve from things around me, the tiny toadstools that spring up over night in a dark nook in my garden or the old railway houses near to where I live.

I began hiding nervously behind my first stall to having a number of small retailers who stock my items, regular customers and a feature in a glossy magazine!
